The basic purpose was to explain the principles of Shariah about slaughtering an animal and to dispel some misconceptions about them. Some issues relating to the modem techniques of slaughter were also discussed for consideration and further research by &#8216;Ulama&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Moulana Abdullah Nana has rendered this book into English with my permission. Due to my heavy involvements I could not review the translation.
